With reference to our press release of 7 December 2011, Awilco Drilling PLC is pleased to confirm that the contract with Suncor Energy UK Limited for the provision of WilHunter for the drilling of one HPHT exploration well is signed. The contract is expected to commence in Q3 of 2012.
WilHunter is one of Awilco Drilling’s two Enhanced Pacesetter semi-submersibles and is equipped for drilling in water depths up to 1,500 ft.
