Joyce Eleanor Thomson and Nicholas James Timpson of Interpath Ltd were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company in a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation at the EGM on 26 June 2025.  The Company is solvent and capable of paying its debts in full.

The Company’s shares will continue to be registered in Euronext VPS (a Norwegian Security Deposit account). No share transfers are permitted without prior consent of the liquidators.

The affairs, business and property of the Company is being managed by the Joint Liquidators.
